FAIR recently released a report that identifies 1,003 sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide. Those 1,003 jurisdictions included 16 states where laws and policies assure illegal aliens — even criminal aliens — that they will not cooperate with ICE efforts to arrest and remove them. The Maine Legislature has decided that their state should be the 17th member of that dubious club and has sent a statewide sanctuary bill to Gov. Janet Mills’ desk for signature.
